Where are you based?
Our work shop is based in Ruby Bay. Please contact us if you’d like to drop something off or have a look at any equipment.

What is a Pre Order product?
A Pre Order product is one that is purchased in advance.
It allows you to obtain the gear you really want, often at a discounted price.

Why do I have to enquire about workshop jobs?
Enquiring lets us know what it is that you need done. It also allows us to organize a pick up or drop off for your gear or a time for you to come into the workshop.

Can your order special products in for me?
We definitely will try our best to source special products for you. Just contact us, tell us what it is that you’re after and we will get back to you with information ASAP!

Do you do workshop work on snowboards?
Yes, we absolutely do.
We are available to heat mold some snowboard boots and help with any snowboard related queries you have.

Can I return a Pre Order product?
No. Pre Ordered products have been brought into the country for you and you only. The exception being if your product is defective.
